Nice review. I can't wait to get mine. I had my suspicions that the 99 Classics would sound very Sennheiser-ish, and to be honest that's what I was hoping to hear (well, read). My ears hate upper-mids/lower treble due to sensitivity, and these seem perfect. I also like doohickeys, and whachyacallits, and thingamadooies!
