Just saw the massdrop for these headphones and was thinking about taking the plunge.  Would definitely be my best bluetooth headphones.  One question can you get stereo music playing while using the microphone?

@kenshinesca : yeah, that $69 MD price is pretty good!  Matrix 2 was a good discovery for me, but Tyll's "wall of fame" mentioning definitely influenced it.  Regarding your question, once you receive a call and thus using a mic, music stops until you're done with a call, and then it resumes.  As you can see from the picture (click on any of these pics to enlarge the image), Matrix 2 is connected to phone and media audio.  But you can't be talking through mic and hearing the other person talking to you back and stream music at the same time   Is that what you meant with your question?

Well I was thinking of more for online gaming and using the mic at the same time.  Nice comprehensive review btw.

@kenshinesca : No, I don't think it will work wireless like this for gaming.  MIC is used for making calls.  But you can get a cheap 3.5mm cable with boom-mic which can plug into Matrix 2 and use it wired for gaming.

22hr playback? Sony MDR-1ABT have 30hours playback...
