That's assuming it's ever "turned around"; some users have reported waiting 5 or 6 months so far, without even being able to contact the company to check on their status.
 
 
This company is allowed to do business on this site blows my mind. Some of the stories have tinges of consumer fraud written all over them.

I did a bit of research, and unfortunately LH can't be found guilty of property theft. For a criminal charge, the key is intent. They would have to intend to deprive people of their property, and that's clearly not the case. So they are inept, not criminal. Oh, well

Fair enough. Make a "good faith effort", but clearly do not anticipate these problems in spite of numerous past failures- interminably ball-fumbling, with an ethically suspect business model. The final case is much improved, but it took two months for reshelling, in the midst of all these problems they are announcing new projects and yet more delays for even older projects.

I have not had any usb disconnection issues though, and if I pull out the cable while it is on there is no noise- I only get that *pop* when powering on or off- perhaps you have a loose battery or power switch connection not a USB issue?
