I'm not sure what you meant by the second unit didn't even open? Do you mean it didn't work? Anyway, it sounds like iFi should be replacing your unit unless you damaged it. If it was faulty iFi should not hide behind the reseller, they should man up and do the right thing. So what is iFi saying to you about this situation?
