I'm also interested to hear how the SR2 compares to ZMF headphones.

Thought I'd let everyone know that I have added an update with a thorough pad comparison (stock pads & dekoni pads). It's located at the end of the review.

Great one Voja! I agree with you on the mention about if it was priced higher: it would have had a lot of praise…

By the way: I still have not bought the balanced cable for the SR2. Would you recommend it?

@Hamlap Thank you!

I personally love the balanced cable. The only thing I wish was different on it is the amp-end connector housing — unlike the stock cable, which has the silver metal housing, the balanced cable has a glossy carbon fiber housing. Nothing major, but that's just about the only complaint I have. It's still possesses all the qualities that the stock cable has.

Aside from the Sennheiser HD598's stock cable, this is the best cable I've come across. It's extremely flexible, comfortable, and light.

Would I recommend the CB17? Absolutely. I am almost always using the balanced cable.

Edit: mistakenly called the CB17 "CB16"

Don’t mind the finish on it I think. Thanks! Will probably order it asap.

By the way: you mean CB17, right :wink:?

@Hamlap .... Yes, I meant the CB17. I literally did a Google search 1 minute before posting, and that right there is enough said about my memory 🤦🏻‍♂️
