This thing is definitely tempting me for Spotify/Tidal.
I recently got the iBasso D-Zro MK 2 DAC/amp, and although I love the sound, the inconvenience of having the cable between my phone and the unit means I can only really be bothered to use it while static, which kind of defeats the point.
Until someone introduces a truly high (audio) performance cell phone something like this, or the Echobox should be a good solution.
I'm hoping that they both make an appearance at the London Canjam

At this stage I would not recommend it for Tidal or other streaming services. The WiFi signal is too weak and causes EMI. It's not the most ideal device for streaming. Also, it doesn't take a SimCard. Think of it as a Android powered DAP like any other DAP, not as phone or tablet.
