1. Did you buy from an authorised seller?
2. Why are rating the product half a star when it is the company you are angry with?
I know there are a lot of gray market sellers in the New York area, so you really have to be careful.
I have a pair of RE0 that have been going since 2009 with several thousand hours on them. I think they sound better than the RE-600. The RE-600 are warmed up for a more consumer sound. To declare QC of the whole company good or bad based on one faulty unit is a bit over the top.
