Thanks for the detailed and helpful review. Now I just wish their sole North American dealer would ever actually HAVE THEM IN STOCK. Fisher might make amazing headphones, but I may never get to find out because their distribution and availability is so poor.

nwavguy, I and a friend of mine each purchased an FA-003 from GD-Audiobase. They ship global, and even can send you an email notification when a product gets in stock. It does go quickly (I think they only have one or two in stock at a time, as when my friend ordered his, it went out of stock again). However, I got mine today and they certainly are amazing. I intend on using them for music production and mastering, so I'm glad that they are considered excellent for that use!
