All corners and edges are smooth so they don't hurt especially if you are using the case.

What is your favorite music?
I think that I prefer the M11S to both the Q3 and the BTR7, it is more refined, fuller sounding and - let's say - high end.
But not as warm as the Q3.
The BTR7 is something like a scaled down version.

You may find the M11S less warm and more technical than the Q3.
