Hi @Lifted Andreas yes the Shio is weaker in power and technicalities. Though the Shio is warmer and lusher in note weight.

Does desktop mode only work on the balanced output? When testing with the HD 650, was that on the balanced output?

Hi @ryhon desktop mode works on both the single-ended and balanced outputs.

I tested the HD650 on balanced output + desktop mode yes.

Thanks, that’s helpful. Do you know the single-ended power output into 300 ohms on the 3.5mm jack, both desktop mode and not? I can’t seem to find a measurement.
