Really comprehensive review, love it! I had a fiio e6 too and completely agree. When I had it, I actually used it to reduce output impedance and hiss in most circumstances. I don`t remember the e6 having EMI issues though.
Anyway, do you find the A1 to be an upgrade over the e6? I plan to use it line-out from an iPod nano 3g, it has a nice sounding wolfson DAC but a terrible internal amp, thanks.
