Seems we differ quite a bit on our opinions of bass quantity, balance, and comparison to the T1.  I wonder if tips make a lot of difference?  I graphed the T5 vs the T1 (and T3) in my review - bass is actually very similar in quantity to T1, but the T5 should be brighter and clearer (that's also how they measure anyway).  I tested with my usual tracks, and T5 never exhibited any bleed (they are too balanced for that).  Personally - for someone who really enjoys a balanced listening experience - I find the T5 perfect.
