Is it just me or do these look very similar to Atomic Floyd HiDefDrums?

Similar look - different tech.  The AF-DDs are twin driver, this is a single Titanium Dynamic.

I am really liking the sound (pun intended) of all of the dunu range.  Does anyone know where one can purchase them in Australia?

@Wyd4  Not that i'm aware of, but you should have a go on Amazon. GST free as long as it's under a grand, which it is.

Excellent "balanced" review and pics!!!   I got the picture of how they sound very clearly,LOL!  Now about cable upgrades, LOL.   I noticed upgrading from stock on my very dark, bassy AS2.   The cables helped balance the bass and increased brightness, very noticable!!!(haven't tried on other IEMS/Customs.)

How does it compare to the GR07 BE and hows the soundstage ?

Really good review. I think I am hooked! Thanks:blush:

@RLJY  - sorry, don't own and haven't heard the GR07 or GR07 BE.  A full list of gear I have owned (past and present) is in my profile. If there is anything else in the you have heard or can relate to, I'd be happy to assist.
@soundbear - thanks.  I'll pass on cable upgrades though.  Unless they are for practical or aesthetic purposes, in blind testing I've never been able to tell the difference.  You enjoy yours though :)

From a dark IEM SQ I promise you could tell, LOL!!   Its night and day.  But your loss, not mine.

I'd appreciate if we could leave the cable debate out of it.  I don't believe in the sonic changes you do.  Whether it my loss or gain is debatable :)

You know, it's a comprehensive review when it's seems to be anticipatory to many questions.  By review unit, it's purchased by you for review not sent by the company for review?
Brooko
Brooko
No - it was sent by DUNU to me for review.  I didn't pay for it.  But those following my reviews should know my track record so far has been very unbiased.  And DUNU knows that I'd be quite happy to return any of the gear they send me at my cost (I discussed this with Vivian recently actually). I've also offered to purchase review units in the past - as I do with virtually every manufacturer.  Most have told me to keep the units - and I appreciate this as it then allows me to use them for comparisons at a later stage.  And I actually have also purchased units (on a few occasions) in the past from other manufacturers.

Looks like a great iem, you said it pairs well with the fiio X1? I'm looking for a good iem for it $125 or less. Thanks!

Superb stuff as usual mate, you are the KING of reviewers.

Agreed with you wholeheartedly on everything, I have had the pleasure of using this exclusively during my 3.5 weeks holiday, I also brought along my UE900 but at the end, the UE never got out of my suitcase, the Titan is simply, as you said it, THAT good!!

Fantastic review, thanks! I've been curious about these..I seem to have an affinity for semi-in ears, and these sound like my kind of sound signature...another to add to my list of "possibilities"

Thanks again!

Awesome review!

Do these leak sound in your ear? As in, if you turn up your music during that one epic part of the song, how well will the adjacent humans be able to hear it?

@ChickenWaffles - yes, I like them with the X1.  perfect portable solution, especially when you need a little awareness of your surroundings.
@djvkool - thanks mate.  No Joker is the king. I'm still just a learner.  Enjoying the journey.  Only just noticed the other day that Jude/Joe had changed my status to Contributor.  Was a nice surprise - not expected at all.
@WhatToChoose - good question. I checked this today, and it will depend on what level you tend to listen at. Although I have tinnitus, I am generally a lighter volume listener than a lot of people I've shared thoughts with on Head-Fi. At the volume I normally listen at, my daughter could hear ambiently at anything up to about 4 feet. She had to be right next to me though to be able to tell me what the song I was listening to was.  @twister6said in his review that his wife could tell easily though so I suspect it has a lot to do with seal (how well it's jammed into your ear) and also volume.  If you're a moderate volume listener and crank the volume more, it's likely that those around you will hear it. I wouldn't go trying it in a library for instance

I order a pair of these on ebay after reading this review and seeing their rating. I finally received my pair today after waiting several weeks and I'm blown away. The packaging, presentation, accessories, and build quality are superb. The sound quality? Absolutely top notch. I can't believe these are priced so damn low.
