Woooww....you find it a cold signature? For me it is borderline too warm already that's why pairing with brighter IEMs imho is a must.
That's why I choose the i5 over the N5 which has way too warm signature for my taste.
The i5 does not start with "dashboard", if you apply the right settings it starts right away playing where you stopped before you switched it off.
And you don't have to be an "Android guy" to figure how to install streaming apps.
I believe you should not judge the UI when you obviously were not willing to spent at least 5 minutes (and that's what it all needs to know all settings and functiosn poroperly) to familiarize yourself with it.
