Any idea how they compare to DT 150? I see those mentioned and recommended much more than DT 250.

Hi LazyListener. I have the DT150 too, I much prefer the DT250. I did a quick comparison vs a DT250 250 Ohm, here are my findings:

The DT150 has a little larger bass but it is boomier and looser. It's sound stage is not as big and it sounds a little like a closed back can. It is not as spacious and it's vocals are slightly recessed. The DT150 are even less clamping and are pretty light too but oh man is it ugly. Damn! The DT250 is more neutral and it's vocals are better defined, I hope that helps : )
