To anybody reading the review: sorry for the messed up table of contents, it somehow got screwed up when I copied and pasted the review into Head-Fi (and I can't edit it because the site keeps crashing on me when I try to do so). But clicking on the different parts of the TOC still does get you to wherever you need.
