Mmm......I concur with the listening impressions, having paired the PMx2 with the Woo Audio WA7 Fireflies with stock tubes. Another synergy for transportable/portable is the pairing with the iFi iDSD Micro, which has enough power (@ eco or normal setting) to drive the HP to its full potential. Good job!

Mmmm......just to add: the stock short (thin) cable sucks. The thicker cable sounds better but it is just too long for on-the-go. Which means.............

@raypin, Custom cable time? We can always replace with any existing HD700 compatible cable.
