I can see it being too big for some ears. For me, they fit snug and perfect.

Your review is spot on. Im frankly baffled there is so little written about them. They pair perfectly with the DX80 - by far the best bass i have heard from Armature and what a beautiful 'Live sound' indeed
The soundstage is enchanting. Its almost as if there are audio fairies that live inside the shells and from time time do the most magical placing of instruments. They always sound good but sometimes they sound a lot better than they are. Im always surprised just how good they are when i put them in. You statement was 100% perfect when you said ' there are better IEM's out there but when I use them I have no desire to buy a better IEM '
I tried with 3 different tips 1st which = warm & lush / then far too bright / then dull and boring as anything / Finally comply tips - i don't normally use these types but holy mother of headphones did they make a difference - night and day! - Never heard such different characteristics from different tips. Very insightful. My IM03 sound very dry using an ipod classic 6th. hopefully the xduoo x10 will solve it.
Therefore I am waiting for the new ATH-E70 which have a smaller housing and sound even a bit better in all departments for my taste (but tried only a few minutes during CanJam Singapore)
