Looks good, but how much is it?

Look like $499 but I hope the price will decrease a bit and this is just a preview. I hope to see your comparison to other headphones. Ah, there is one thing that I would like to ask. I read prior reviews of these headphones and someone says that the AKG K712s do not require too much power as the old models AKG K701-702 and can drive good even with portable DAPs. Could you please check that? If these headphones are good maybe I should sell my HD598 and buy a pair. Ah the Mad Dog too, a wonderful warm closed back headphone. They both can cover many genres that I like. Thanks and will be waiting for your review.

You can snag one for $449 currently on Amazon and a few other websites.  They are rated at 64ohms so yes they are generally easier to drive.  There is a catch with regard to the driving power needed..  Out of my Burson Conductor SL, the experience is one of the smoothest bass experiences I've had in quite some time.  More power equated to a better low end on stark flat EQ.
