Westone 3 vs. Sennheiser IE8.
What is the poll question? Which is best? Which do you own? Which do you prefer? Which do you want? If you had to have 1 which would it be? Sorry its a bit vague (to me) what you want to know. I own the IE8 and have not heard the W3 so should i vote?- Fruits

Needing a solid bit of advice.
Some cheap earphones to get you started until you save up for better ones could be Soundmagic PL30 about $25 or the JBuds JL2 (think thats what there called) for the same price. I can vouch for the PL30s as i used them with my Iriver and they're very good for the price. If you can post again...- Fruits

What earphone to buy at £50-60??
I thought the Klipsch Custom-1 were awfull, sound was so painfully bright i couldnt listen to them. They actually hurt to listen to, but comfortable design. I only paid £18 but thought they were crap for that price. I much prefered my Soundmagic PL30 for $20- Fruits

If you can find one cheap its a good player. The only other one ive been interested in, if you want a newer player is the Cowon D2. Ive been eyeing this up for a long time.- Fruits

I'm starting it here... Sennheiser IE8 vs. Westone 3
I got my comply tips for the IE8 and have listened for a couple of days now first up they are soooooo comfortable. The only way these are coming out of my ears is if i pull em out, no head turning and losing a seal or anything like that. They stay where they should (over the ear by the way) Il...- Fruits

Needing a solid bit of advice.
A decent player suggestion. Have a look around for IriverH340 on ebay or somewhere, you might pick one up for a good price. 40gb hd. I bought mine for quite a bit of cash about 4yrs ago as it was one of the best around. Im still using mine now and i love it. I recently got a sansa fuze thinking...- Fruits

Wearing Sennheiser IE8 Upside down = better isolation + fit!
Isolation is fine for me, i was in town yesterday listening at a normal level (for me) and i could only hear cars when they drove up right beside me about a foot or 2 away, couldnt hear any talk or anything else. Just right for me, i like to hear when im about to be hit by a car lol. Ive been...- Fruits

Wearing Sennheiser IE8 Upside down = better isolation + fit!
I tried wearing them both ways when i first got them and they sounded the same. Just tried again whilst listening to Daft Punk and sounds identical to me, but i find over the ear more comfortable, it fits my ear better. I must have strange ears lol- Fruits

Sennheiser IE8 Impressions Thread
Thanks jwbrent, il order some and give them a try. I like the double silicones the best its just they get a bit itchy after a while, not a major problem but worth trying something else. Am really enjoying the sound so far at about 50 hrs play time (i think) Listened to Jean Michel Jarres Aero...- Fruits
