akaik the A810 sounds great but is a notch below the S639 for SQ because it has a more noticable hiss. As far as the S738 there are some threads in this forum that clarify their differences. Either way you go I doubt you'll be disappointed, Sony is pretty well loved for SQ.

I think the only reason to even consider one over the other is if you really want to use the touch for all it's features besides music playback. ie internet browser, games, etc. How much music would you be sacrificing with 32gb?
