This may be a very uninteresting topic for most of you, but I was wondering if anyone knows of a good open headphone or ear bud system for listening to TV.  My dad is almost 80, and he has lost a lot of response in the upper mid-range and highs and also he has to play at a loud volume to hear...

Man NY is brutal on that. In Dallas, Texas (where I lived for almost 3 decades) you just pay a ticket lawyer $40 to defend it. Then, about a year later the lawyer tells you that you must pay courts costs and you get probation for one to six months and that is the end of it.

Michielster I've been asking the same question you are for the past month on these boards. And my conclusion is that there isn't a product on the market right now that is right--not even in the <$100 category. A headphone that would have at least worked for you was the Sony MDR-D66 Eggo, but...
