Hey I had the same problem on my three year old laptop. But when I use my core i5 2400 desktop running both mac and windows 7 64bit, it's very stable. I can use very coreaudio in mac lower to around 8ms without buzz. In windows, I tried 3ms it worked simply playing without much VST computing. ...- njekin
