The foamies are the best tips IMO. They just sound a fair amount better and you always get a good seal. True there is some preperation time, but I think its worth it for better sound and isolation.

Hmm. You will get used to them. I found small flex ones work best, but the point is to not be too picky about them. You will get used to the feel after a while. If not, keep with the foamies, they work for all ear sizes.
