Im thinking to get one of these from benchmark. I currently using a ps audio gcha. and it is using a pcm1702 as a dac. i doubt about the performance of the dac unit. Will the dac1u synergy with the ps audio gcha headamp. anyone had these combination before? regard

I got both can, i find the earpad on hd 600 are more soft. and the hd 650's earpad is more tight and thick. Anyone notice that?

Can the headamp in the dac1 pre been bypassed i mean if i wanna use other headamp to drive the can. Is there any difference between dac1 pre and dac1u? I do know the hpa2 amp in dac1 do have 3 level of gain, dac1u only have 2. Any more differece? Im using my computer as a source...
