Actually, I also like to have a desktop version of T3. Something like Sony HAPS1, but removing DAC and AMP, remote controlling through the cell phone and streaming hi-res bite from spotify. 

I have had Gumby/MJ2 for about a week now. I love it, the only thing I wish more is a remote for MJ2. At the beginning, I felt that LISS didn't sound as good as tube, but now, I think they are close, I couldn't tell the difference without critical listening. 

Another idea----a charging dock for T3 and it has a bypass digital output, which can be connected to the external desktop DAC.

Count me in. I have searched something like these for quite a while. 

I did try different location and the buzz noise was still there. I even contacted dealer, he suggested to run an overnight or try an old tube. Either one did not work. I probably have to exchange it.
