Actually they're not rebadged mx300's. They look a lot like it, but they're not. The design is slightly different. There have been a few discussions around here about that.

The earbuds supplied with the iHP-120 are rebadged Sennheiser MX300's, they just say iRiver instead of Sennheiser on them. At least, that's what they're supposed to be.
