Yep, i had the same problem which is now fixed...heres how:- hold cans in front of you and tip the offending earphone in from the top, you can now take a screwdriver, (small), or knife blade and insert carfully between where the 'flat part' meets the 'cup back', the part with the holes...

lol, yes, my alcohol consumption has been hit slightly as i've had to try and hide some of the expenditure from the missus, (chugs a bit more of my pint of snakebite..) oh yeah, only FLAC will do now so i had to get 4 X 80 gig hdd's in raid0 to compensate!! on the plus side comfortably...
