im in a similiar situation, right now im about to pull the trigger on the sr80, but im thinking about the ms-1 instead. What are the differences? For my type of music one with more bass would suit me better, is this the ms-1??

let me describe something i want, and what im using now...right now i have shure se210's and pmx-100. I bought these for portability, and now i want somethign that i will pretty much use at home with my laptop. I am not ready to get an amplifier. I want something that has a good amount of bass...

out of the box i am impressed with the sound. the bass is better then i thought it'd be. overall really good for the price. as for people complaining about comfort, i have no problems. different heads and what not. anyways right now my only complaint is with the design with the thin wires on...

oh sorry forgot to mention my current headphones, shure se210, and pmx100. Nothing great, but i do expect to upgrade sometime next year. Hmm, ill see what cards are at bestbuy that i can buy. (i work there so...)

so im getting a new notebook, HP. Its one of the special edition one's, and im pretty sure it is integrated sound card. I believe this will not be good enough for me, but when it comes to computer audio im not too well informed. Anyways do you think ill need to get a new soundcard for the empty...
