Well many of the schematics I've seen have balanced outputs, but since I have no equipment that uses balanced inputs, I really don't have any good way to test that out. And plus, I think the demand for balanced outputs isn't very high, but I could be wrong.   A few people ask about it...

Go to your "device manager" and then open up the "sound, video and game controllers" icon. Then double click the USB SPEAKERS icon. You will find the information on the DAC there. The early HOTUSB1s used PCM2074 and had NO LED.... As I was a minimalist trying to maximize sound...
