PK3 sounds good, I don't mind that it's doesn't isolate noise, I'll be using it for sleeping and when I ride my bike. So PK3 or PK2?

No I'm willing to go up to $50, anything that can get as close to the sq of the KSC75.

What's the closest that an IEM can get to the KSC75 for sound and price? I searched and the only recommendation I got was the ER-4, but it's like super expensive compared to the KSC75.

Don't get the CX300. I had one. Good isolation but its too bassy and muddy. I recommend the KSC75. Much better SQ than the CX300.
