I need repairs for my Freqs desperately, one of the shells has a loose something inside and the side only works when i lean my head a certain angle. who would i have to contact for servicing?

this is paticularly annoying, does anyone know what's happening with freq? I have a faulty shell.

it just unravels and doesn't ravel back together properly so it gets knotted...i'll show you sometime when i get batterys for my camera...

in some sections now i just have 3 separate strands..

its very much untwistable in the braided version =]

has anyone had the problem of there cables untwisting? as mine has untwisted and they really are like destranded now, its getting very annoying because they re twist in tangles...

well from first check its ~16USD to post ems(express), from HK to the US, this is based on what mine weighed which was ~100grams.
