Yes, testing with USB power only all three lights turn off after powering down the Windows 11 PC.

Can confirm when using the iFi power supply that the PowerMatch and XBass lights stay on after powering off. The main knob light turns off, those two do stay on. Tested using the ZEN DAC 3 with the 5V/2.5A iFi iPower2 power supply on a Windows 11 PC.
