I am selling my oriveti oh700vb because of an upgrade. I would be happy to trade with ascension to try a different take on this kind of tuning. Spotless condition. These have a very warm lush bassy sound which reaches deep, with the great details you would expect from the price. My favorite...- ChillDuck

Selling my 14BA Sound Rhyme SR8. They are great iems and my classical-music-loving partner is sad I am selling them, but I gotta reduce my collection. Nice TOTL for a full BA, depending on your tuning taste. Customizable with 2 tuning switches. They give a good mid-bass kick with the bass...- ChillDuck

The discovery thread!
Uh oh am I? An Uber-Basshead? Yep I may have the curse haha. Fatfreq MM definetly feels right to me in the bass region. I will try the finger test, but it felt quite clear how, while they have an interesting sub-bass punch (which is relevant only in certain music), they quite lack mid-bass.- ChillDuck

Hahaha it is always better to just find a good one and stick to it. Do they just stop working randomly or you use them while kayaking or something ;)- ChillDuck

FATfreq Impressions Thread - Bass Cannons and More
Personal impressions on fatfreq maestro mini: -Huge wow factor, with the deep full punchy bass -Better than expected headstage -Technically they are actually quite balanced, they clearly try to be an all rounder - After listening for longer it is quite noticeable how they have a quite cold...- ChillDuck

Only big problem is that the headstage is very small. But if that is not what you care for then they are just perfect for the price.- ChillDuck

I agree that technically they are way above their price. They sound rich of microdetails, and generally handle everything quite well. They don't really sound exciting at the first listen but actually they secretly are very good iems haha, maybe among the best for the price- ChillDuck

The mangrid tea2 are cute iems. They definetly have a wow factor to them because of the wide headstage. The bass is weird. In a way, they can pack a good punch, but it always feels quite hollow. The texture hovewer is quite unique in a good way.- ChillDuck

I did not try other single DD iems, but personally I was quite impressed by these. They manage a nice punchy DD bass with satisfying texture. Also the shells look beautiful, and the modular cable is great to have at their price.- ChillDuck

Kiwi Ears IEM Thread
I can recommendthe yanyin canon ii for bass. It os very well textured and clean. Punchy but still precise and never overwhelming. Only big gripe I have woth the yanyin is the closed headstage.- ChillDuck

Also I tried oriveti oh700vb but was quite unsatisfyed by the lack of punchiness in the bass. My budget would be around €1000..- ChillDuck

Rank the IEM's you've heard
Hi guys :) would you be able to recommend an endgame iem? I would like to sell (almost) all of mine and just keep a top quality all rounder. I'm quite a basshead but also care about open 3d sound and good timber and details. I tried the mkiii but I found jt quite piercing and, if possible, a bit...- ChillDuck
