I don’t think is possible, at least directly. There is no TV i’m aware of that can output audio via USB, simply there is no market for this. TVs have optical output, and that can be connected to a desktop DAC, or an AVR, and of course there is HDMI (ARC), I see Fiio R9 has HDMI in, but, again...
