I assume they have the same chipset as QC Ultra: Qualcomm QCC5171. Mine earbud gets cracking sound when ANC is off. It happens outside or when I'm at home. I noticed they start play out of sync when I'm outside and it's windy.

Well, overall their performance is acceptable for me, but there is at least one event per day when something happens: -they start to play out of sync - one earbuds doesn't play and after a while it syncs up -sometimes they sound kind of 'broader' - both earbuds and then they play normally...

Mine were manufactured September 16, 2023.

What's the date of manufacture of your earbuds? After latest firmware I still have issue with them.

Guys, I need tips replacement for QC Ultra with mesh protection. Any of you tried other brands which would fit?

I also have bluetooth connections issues with QC Ultra (manufactured 16 September, 2023). Even after firmware 1.7.8 problems still occur.

Hi guys and girls. I'm new here and I have question regarding QC Ultra earbuds: does EQ help to improve this sound profile to achieve more balanced sound? like it was in QC1? or it's just bass heavy and this bass is pronounced regardless EQ settings?
