Symphonium Titan - Impressions and reviews

This playlist I enjoy a lot. The imaging, bass thump, staging, female vocals. You can use any of the Symphonium IEMs and it's a fun ride. Except. Track 1 is something the Titan performs poorly in. The Helios stands out due to the air, the Crimson comes in a close second. The Titan does not have...

Oh yeah! Symphonium stuff scale with the chain. Ever since I got the alien hybrid below. The Helios has been singing. It's like the perfect Gaea.

Got to add the Helios to the list as well. Helios, Crimson, Titan, and Meteor are the order of my liking.

You can get the UFEEL buffers from the link below. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003270052020.html For the extender https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000790198458.html Hope that helps.

I think @Bengkia369's explanation is easier with pictures. He recommends the Trulis 8802 for a tuby sound. I can confirm. It's more analog, the bass is slightly rounded, the stage is wider. A warmth and bloom to the presentation. The resolution and sterility of the ESS dac will take a hit. The...

My take. Annihilator23 has got very deep bass and treble extension. The bass is too much for me, but I love the air and treble extension. I still prefer the Gaea as it's got the house signature, but not fatiguing. The Anni23 is very power hungry and scales very well with good sources. If you...

Oh yeah. Never say anything negative about Moondrops there. It's the most amazing thing since the automobile was invented. Learned that the hard way.

Also, people like to think warranty is free. It's not. You make an estimate of the percentage that will need to be fixed, then estimate an average cost, and divide it over the sales forecast. Big ticket items like cars. A long warranty will drive purchase decisions. I believe the Europeans...

Not defending it. Just relaying. I agree with you.

Thanks @ChangTan. It does get fatiguing. Sometimes I switch to a less resolving IEM. I am not sure if I want to get the ROHM dac. The UFEEL MK09 pushes the mids forward as well. I guess the problem is that you can't try the other dacs without buying them.

Speaking of DAC and preference. I think the ESS module is excellent. Does anyone here prefer the AKM module? Is it warmer with looser technicals?

Just relaying the answer to the same question I asked. Personally, as a business, I prefer not to move away from what consumers are used to. Having to explain why 6 months is better than 1 year, or 999 companies offer 12 months and I only do 6, it's not going to help sales and end up being...

I've asked about that in person. It's to keep costs to the absolute minimum. So, you don't pay a cent more for a warranty you won't use, or packaging you admire for 5 minutes. That's the logic. Essentially a business can give you a 5-year warranty, or a pelican case, but it's priced in. Maybe...

Finally found a use for the Fiio UTWS5! I bought it back when it was released and after testing it a couple of times, found it underpowered and forgot about it. A couple of days back I had a doctor's appointment. Parked my car and started to put my IEM on a dongle and spent the entire walk...

What they said. Except I find Titan levels of bass too much for daily use. The Crimson is balanced and a better choice for me on long benders. No longer loved and mentioned. The Helios is airy, female vocals sound amazing and a heavy sub bass thump. I juggle between these 3 depending on the mood.

Not sound signature wise. For the Z1R you have to consider the fit. If it is pushing against your ear. You probably won't be able to use it for more than an hour or two before it gets sore. In my case. I don't have big ears. However, the shape fits the Z1R just right. So, it's not about the...

Symphonium Titan - Impressions and reviews

The Titan punches harder, but the Z1R has got better texture. Both have good treble to balance out the bass. Mids are scooped on the Z1R, making male vocals distant, female is a bit better. Titan's mids is neutral. Staging and imaging on the Z1R are huge and precise. World class. The only...

If you don't intend to transport it around all the time. Standing on the door at an angle works very well. Easier to change the opamps too.

I don't have the V7C, only the V7V. After 2 days of intensive listening both naked and with the UFEEL buffer stacked. I can confidently say, the UFEEL buffers bring forward the mids by quite a bit. Other than that. The V7V is a very technical and reference sounding opamp. Boring even. The buffer...

I think it's probably the better choice if you want to enjoy your music. I figured I already have the UFEEL+HA8802 stack for musicality. I was looking at the chart below and thought I'd get the V7 Vivids in the event I do buy the Storm. The V7V is clinical. It's so clean, bad recordings sound...
