Mine crackles while playing from any service on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. It stopped during one session but the next time I tried it the noise was back. Hiby is saying it’s because of the lightning port current limiting but my other, much cheaper dongle has no issues at all. I’m not sure what to do...

That's weird, I just went to try it again just now and the static/crackling is gone. Could it have something to do with the iPhone battery level perhaps being too low maybe. It's at 75% now and no noise. I'll try it again later when the battery level is lower. Also, when I crank the volume up...

I just recently received my FC6 and tried it with my iPhone 13 Pro Max and I can hear an annoying crackling kind of static intermittently while listening to music on Tidal. Anybody else experiencing this noise?

Hi everyone, just new to the HiRes technology and so far I have purchase a set of Focal's Celestee's and a HiFi Rose streamer 250A. I've been trying different dongles for my iPhone and have some questions but I'll save that for another post.
