I can wholeheartedly recommend a Schiit Mjolnir 3 it is by far the best-sounding amp I've heard, no remote though. You can add a passive preamp to it or a DAC with a remote.

Also, the black version had a loudish hissing noise on high gain but was silent on low... Luckily the silver one is silent on both gains :P

So the dealer the first time sent me a black version by mistake :D I like this silver much more!

That's coming from the choke inputs, every MJ3 is like that. To me the noise is nearly silent, i can only hear it from up close. Same with the vibrations, can only feel it when directly touching it and it does not vibrate my desk.

Biforst 2/64 with MJ3 is a superb combo, I couldn't be happier! About the silver finish, it is pretty ****ed up lol. It is messing with me as well, but it is what it is, the sound nirvana makes up for it :D

Updated link I bought it super cheap from Aliexpress and they're better than the stock cables in terms of SQ and they also don't tangle as much, not at all actually.

I'm curious if some of you have heard the mj3 with the yggy lim and mib as well. In the future I might upgrade to either one, just not sure which would be the better match.
