Anyone can compare Schiit headamps with Violectric V202/V222 ???

Hi, has anyone compared these two (Schiit Lyr+ and Violectric V202)? Which you think is better and why? I might buy one of them, I prefer warm sound signature. I listen to Jazz and classical music, mostly piano. Thanks!
