Hi @FiiO do you have any update about passthrough optical/coaxial input to optical/coaxial output? Would the volume control by R7 work for optical output? Maybe you can check that for #R9 already. I'll wait for the new model as well.

My scenario I was planning: I have a TV with Xbox/PS5 (or play something on the TV) and the sounds going from the TV by Optic cable. I want to connect the TV to R7 optical in and pass the signal to optical out where I have connected the 5.1 Dolby digital system - this case I use during the day...
