You did absolutely right brother. I raised it with @Shanling they just blocked me on Facebook and stopped replying me on mail. They refused to help me. Also confirmed no help.

@Shanling has confirmed that the wifi issue is going to exist and they don't have any solution for that. They are bluffing the users in name of firmware update but that never gonna happen. They have cowardly accepted this fact.

Most of the routers have this issue, infact there testing device is struggling to give better speeds. Look the attached files.

I will suggest to refrain on buying something which has future update fix. Because it never happens. @Shanling is totally crap in customer service. I can show you multiple screenshots of their customer service.

Even their testing device is not working properly. And when asked for fix update they say no details about it. And it is happening from long not only this device but also in other devices too.

Seller is not entertaining. They say its shanling fault not theirs. So it is shanling, who have to take responsibility. Take my unit back please. I can't rant daily about this. Moreover i have understood you won't be fixing any issues.

Try to understand, this issue is from last year. How could be the software team so ignorant?? Please cordinate with the software team and ask them whether there will be a fix for it or not ? If there is no answer for that then please take back my unit unconditionally. No more excuses.
