Any reason why new firmware (1.05) cannot be downloaded via "Updater" on the device itself?

Is there a setting to automatically turn off the device after a certain amount of time? For instance, if you don't use it, it will turn off by itself after 30 minutes/1 hour etcetera...

I agree, iBasso's aftersales is really marvelous. I had an issue with poor BT performance, as you can read a little further back, and it was perfectly dealt with by iBasso. I had to sent it over to China and I got it back in 6 weeks or so. The problem seems to be fixed, free of cost, so credits...

I am in doubt if I should ask reseller for another device or just get a refund... Especially after having read the thread about the DX160 having a lot of complaints about BT connection. Anyone who has a POSITIVE experience with using the DX170 in combination with BT in-ears? Any help or advice...

Factory reset did not impact the stability of BT unfortunately. No problems occur when I am close to the device, but as soon as I leave the room (for instance) connection is lost after 5 meters or so. And I keep the door open ... I checked, but also with other headphones I have this problem...
