I purchased the floogoo 120 after reading about it here and the audio drops out when using adaptive 44.1k. I emailed them and they have done a great job trying to find out why. They sent me a 2.2 update that fixed the dropouts but now the audio makes a fuzzy noise then skips before correcting...
