I found the fix for bring the details back. I turned the upsample down back to their normal sample rate with NOS Disable/off, and the details came back. I see. I am running USB PCM with upsample all the time, and that makes sense why I find NOS Enable better sounding, but I am liking the 3D-ness when NOS is Disable. I am going to try it on High filter to see if I get some of the details back.

Yes I did. I want to say it's the best bang for the bucks improvement. Everything got more musical, as in the tones were better. I was able to hear more separations in instruments, tighter bass, and more sizzles in the highs (better air). You can say it was like getting a full upgrade.

You will need a BNC cable that is rated for 50ohms.

Mine is only warm to the touch and it is enclosed. If you run an external clock it gets even cooler and not as warm.

I am running the following chain: U18 > R26 > C18 connected to both > ifi Pro Signature Series > Susvara. Square results in better highs, tighter, cleaner bass, and better details overall. Sine everything sounds rounded off. I get better details with NOS on also. YMMV.
