Would have to be Crooked Rain, as its the only Pavement album I currently own Great album though!

I would start off with Aenima, then onto Lateralus. Both have their high points, but overall, I think Lateralus takes the cake. Personally, wouldn't worry about the latest offering. Just my opinion of coarse..
