If you set the latency to 0 on JEP it actually = 10.   The lowest setting on JEP is 1 (1 = 2 = 3). So if you pick 3 from the drop down menu you're at the lowest setting. Sorry to burst your bubble!   I agree that 2.6.0 is marvellous. I also can't go to the lowest setting in Event mode...
