Ether 2 System (with all 3 pads) and in great condition. I have used the suede pads the most, but all three are in very good condition. Includes a 6.3mm VIVO cable (2m), suede pads, leather pads, perforated pads, original carrying case and factory box. A new unit costs around €2799 in Europe...

Still haven't had the chance to listen to the Meze 109 Pro. How does it compare to something like the LCD-X? Looking at the used market, I could probably find it for €800 too.

Is the LCD-X + Hugo 2 a good combo? I'm considering buying a used LCD-X soon

Same as many others here, I also think Hi-Res Qobuz tracks sound a lot better than MQA tracks from Tidal. Too bad that the Qobuz app is really behind in many aspects.

The K712 was my first pair of high-end headphones. It was perfect for jazz, very airy sound, amazing soundstage. The only drawbacks were the built (it will eventually break, it's too fragile) and the bass is also a bit too lean for some genres. Otherwise, I think it's difficult to find a better...

LCD-X is still my favorite for metal from all headphones I tried. I hear that the ABYSS 1266-TC is also amazing (if you have the budget for it + a good amp to run it)

Also an owner of a pair of Ether 2's and curious about how similar the VOCE/Ether 2 sound.

Probably MrSpeakers Ether 2 (neutral, can wear it all day) and ZMF Atrium (more energetic/exciting sound). However, I haven't tested more high-end headphones such as the DCA Expanse, Hifiman Susvara, ABYSS 1266-TC.

I've owned the Elegia for about 2 years now. I still think it's one of the best closed backs you can get, especially for the price it's being sold at now (back then, I paid €700). I switch between the Dekoni pads and the OG pads depending on mood.

Thanks! I tested the Atrium with the Hugo 2 and thought it sounded amazing. I hope the Mojo 2 is also still pretty good in comparison.

Well, maybe I'd have a different opinion indeed if I were listening to the Empyrean for longer periods of time. All I can say is that after 1h testing the Empyrean, I didn't think it sounded better than my Ether 2. I just prefer the timbre of the Ether 2 (w/ suede pads), and instruments sound...

Can the Mojo 2 power ZMF headphones? The Atrium, in particular? I'm considering selling some gear and investing in more portable stuff.

I was finally able to demo the Empyrean the other day. Although I had high expectations for it, it didn't quite have the level of detail that I was expecting. I own a DCA Ether 2, which, despite being too dark for certain genres, is more resolving than the Empyrean.

DCA Ether 2. I have a Focal Elegia too, but I mostly just use it when I'm on the go or if I'm watching movies

I've been using a cheap FiiO cable (2.5mm) for my Focal Elegia. Not ideal perhaps, but they pair well with the BTR5 (in my experience, better sound than the stock cables which died after a year of use).
