Do you guys find vocals a little bit on the lean side too? I find the bass quite boosted, but the quality is pretty good; treble is decent as well, though it doesn't feel particularly well extended. Not the fastest but keeps up well enough on faster tracks, I also find that the layering is not...

I'm using my Mest MKII with the W2 at low gain @ 50 vol in a standard office environment and it sounds pretty loud already. Have you tried with another source?
