Absolutely not, I started by wanting a 30 dollar IEM on amazon to listen to music with when I was doing graduate courses after work. Went down the marketing rabbit hole and now here I am with an HD600 an amp/dac and some 7Hz Timeless. Ah well, at least I can afford it LOL.

Hah! I’m very curious about tubes but I’m running out of a solid state and they sound perfect right now. I’ll do more research and see if I think it’s worth a change. Maybe in the future :-).

Thanks, I've lurked a little here and there and try to find the best bang for buck purchase for my hobbies generally. As is the case with many people the HD600 was just right after a little trial and error! Now if I could stop wondering about other headphones it would be nice. LOL

Thanks for the review, these sound like they're the best deal in headphones. I have some on order, but I expect I might not get them which is out of the creators control. I hope all is well with him and his region for the foreseeable future.
